How did we calculate title chances?
  1. We kept points already earned and completed scores unchanged.
  2. We combined current-season form, a small xG contribution and recent league finishes, reducing the historical influence as games were played.
  3. We calculated every remaining fixture with its opponent and venue. The fixture-difficulty index was not added again as a penalty.
  4. We simulated the run-in 100,000 times and reported each club’s share of title-winning scenarios.

We based form on results and added a 10% xG contribution, using 81 matches through 26 October 2026.

We did not explicitly measure injuries or squad quality. The percentages are estimates from the available data, rather than certain outcomes.

How did we calculate the minutes?

We reconciled goal events with final scores, assigning intervals between goals to the corresponding score state. Goals at 45+ were capped at 45 and those at 90+ at 90. Leading, level and trailing minutes therefore sum to matches × 90 for each club. This is a regulation-clock distribution, not effective playing time with stoppages removed.
